6 months of adventure and new plans!
WARNING: A personal, short, mushy post is below.
6 months ago today, I was lucky enough to marry this handsome guy. I can brag on him all day so I’ll spare you and just say he’s a rare breed of man and where my weaknesses lie, he more than makes up for them. He’s also super good looking 😉
On September 27, 2014 in Charleston, SC, we exchanged vows and celebrated with our closest friends and family. It was a day I would love to redo once a month (but my wallet can’t handle that). The last 6 months have been the biggest, most exciting adventure yet. I don’t think either of us were prepared for what God had for us. We were very happy and content with where we were in our lives and the plans we’d made for ourselves. Luckily, His plans are much bigger and robust than ours. He has placed people in our lives that have been such a blessing to our story making it possible for big changes. It has been a little intimidating to follow through so we pray, hold on to each other and are in the process of jumping. I know I am being VERY discreet here but I promise to reveal more really soon about new plans going forward.
What I’m trying to say in short is I’m SOOOO over-the-moon excited for what’s coming and I can’t believe I get to do it all with this guy! It’s only been 6 months of marriage so I can’t imagine what 6 more or 60 more is going to look like. Jordan, you have my heart forever and ever!
